Alicia Carbo-Guha is a children’s author and illustrator based in Toronto, Canada. She is the creator of the Adventures with Buku series, which helps prepare kids for the real world through fun, engaging stories that spark curiosity, build critical thinking, and inspire meaningful conversations at home and in classrooms.
Originally from Barcelona, Spain, Alicia’s debut book, Buku i la Natura, was selected by Barcelona’s TV3 as one of the year’s five best children’s books. That early story became the seed for Saving Nature—the first title in the Adventures with Buku series.
